Shopping with us in store
If you are buying garments, handbags or accessories from our store you have 14 days to bring them back for exchange. In case of buying shoes and you need to exchange it for a different size, please do so also within 14 days of purchase. If you have any doubts, please only try on the shoes inside and on carpet.
We can not accept returns that are in any way to worn, damaged or purchased over two weeks.
We cannot offer refunds, but credit note can be issued (to be used within the same season of purchase). SALE items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please insure you contact us asap if you are thinking about returning any purchase, the sooner we are informed, the sooner we can organise another style, colour or size for you!
Shopping with us online
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item(s), from the point you received your online order. We ask that sale items be delivered within 7 days.
If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a full refund.
We have the right to not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are worn, damaged or have been returned in a state that we deem as un-saleable. If goods are returned to us and are deemed non-acceptable for an exchange or refund, we will send them back to the customer.
We would appreciate being informed of your return as soon as possible so we can reserve it for another customer if need be, or reserve another style or size for you. Our return slips provided, offer a place for you to write a reason for your return, please oblige as we appreciate customer feedback.
All refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.
Return or exchange in store
We can refund or exchange online orders at our London store. Simply bring your items, your delivery note and your payment card for a full refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return by post
Returning your items by post is a simple two-step process.
Step 1 - Fill in your returns label
You will find the returns label in the original packaging of your item.
Fill in the quantity you want to return and the reason for returning the item.
Attach label to the outside of your parcel.
It is important that you use the returns label and that we receive your parcel within 14 days of you having originally received the item so that we can identify your order and process your refund
Step 2 - Post your parcel
We cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or fail to reach us in good form. Until we receive your item in good condition, they remain your responsibility. You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage.
Once your return order has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return. Please ensure you include your receipt when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund. We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return to discuss the exchange alternative. If we are issuing a refund, this will be done by the same payment method as your order and within 14 days of us emailing you to confirm that we have received the returned goods.
Especially if you are outside the UK please mark 'Return goods' clearly on the label (if you do not have one we have provided, you can email us to send you another)

Refunding Your Order
All delivery and return charges are non-refundable.
A member of our team will email you to confirm that your return has been received and your refund processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
